ORDER QUESTIONS


Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order.

Please email us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.

All orders are shipped in 24 business hours. We are that fast!

You can purchase a gift certificate or choose to have one of our dress polos gift wrapped during checkout.

Visit our Gift Card Page & choose the dollar amount you wish to purchase. Immediately after your purchase you will receive your E-Gift card via email. Feel free to pass it along to the lucky recipient either via email or by printing it out.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100. Otherwise we charge a flat rate of $5 via USPS Priority mail.

Shipping can be upgraded to FedEx Express, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight and rates will vary depending on shipping destination.

We can ship anywhere internationally and we will charge you what they charge us. Please keep in mind depending on what delivery service you choose it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Often times tracking information from USPS does not update once the package has left the US.

*If you are ordering from Canada, and choose Fedex International shipping, you will be responsible for duties and taxes

We accept PayPal as well as all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

We are required to charge sales tax to any customers in the state of Washington, otherwise you will not be charged sales tax.


Product Questions


We offer two different cuts for our men’s polo shirts, the Modern Fit and the Standard Fit.

The Modern Fit is a trimmer fit than you might be used to in other brands.

Our Standard Fit is designed to be more true to fit.

Some people wear the same size Standard Fit as Modern but others wear a size larger in the Modern. It all depends on how you like your shirts to fit. Please refer to our size charts linked above for more information and to compare your measurements.

All of our American made dress polo shirts are produced in limited edition quantities of 100 pieces. Once they’re gone, they’re gone - we will never produce them again.

We are always trying to keep things fresh and unique here at Alial Fital. To stay up-to-date on our newest styles and polo shirts subscribe to our mailing list by entering your e-mail address here

At this time we are not offering logo embroidery for our shirts.

At this time Alial Fital is an online store without any brick and mortar locations. Our polo shirts can be found in a select number of pro shops in the US and Canada.

Account Questions


The Ambassadors Club (A.F.A.C.) was created to reward our loyal fans and it first requires a registered account with us. You can create an account here or register during checkout. The A.F.A.C. features exclusive designs and the chance to compete to be in The Starting 11.

Once an account is created please email info@alialfital to join.

There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email we send. Please keep in mind, order confirmations will still be sent.

You can reset your password by selecting the Forgot your Password link at the login page. You will then be sent an email that will allow you to change the password for your Alial Fital shopping account. If you are prompted with the screen that says No account found with that email create a new account. Please note you do not need an account to place an order with us.


Return Questions


Any time & any reason. While we do offer a gracious time period for all returns we ask that returned merchandise be in new condition and not washed or worn. If you notice a defect in your garment please contact us immediately. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON MONOGRAMMED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Due to the limited edition styles of our polo shirts, we do not offer exchanges.

Please fill out a return form requesting a free return label, and place a new order for the style or size you would like in exchange. By placing a new order, this ensures that you receive the size or style you need before it sells out.

Upon receiving your original order at our Seattle HQ, you will receive a refund in 1-2 business days.

Yes, please fill out our return form & we will issue you a gift card for the value of your gift once the return arrives at our Seattle HQ.

Once your return arrives at our Seattle HQ you should receive a refund confirmation e-mail in 1-2 business days when the credit is applied.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
